Core todo list (critical): create, edit, complete, and delete tasks with local persistence, so the list survives app restarts and works offline.
Calendar integrated with todos (critical): a day, week, and month view that shows scheduled todos alongside untimed tasks, fulfilling the unified what-and-when experience.
Polished, calm mobile UX (normal): clean navigation between list and calendar, swipe to complete, drag to reschedule, and a quick-add entry point reachable from anywhere.
Local notifications with audible reminders (normal): scheduled todos fire a local notification with a configurable ringtone, even when the app is backgrounded.
Reliable data sync and backup (nice to have): account-based cloud storage so todos and calendar entries persist across devices and reinstalls.
Proactive AI follow-up agent (nice to have): detects overdue or stale todos, nudges you, suggests reschedules, and asks clarifying questions to drive items to completion.
